This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Grow By Three in connection with its advising programs. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected during the course of the program, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:

·        how policy changes will be communicated; and

·        how to address concerns over misuse of personal data.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 

We will use your information to facilitate your progression through the program by contacting you about program tasks, sending reminders, following up after advising sessions, and more.

At times, we may use applications such as, but not limited to, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Voice), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Moodle Learning Platform, Zoom, and Salesforce (“Platforms”) in order to provide services to you and/or process information from you.

Aside from use of Platforms to assist in providing the services, we share program data with leaders of the program to keep them apprised of your progress and any specified needs.

Opting Out of Communication 

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by withdrawing from the program. You can do so by contacting us via email at advise@growbythree.com.

Security 

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Our domains include SSL certificates for encryption, and the computers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

We use "cookies" on this site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.
