Grow By Three is a product of social entrepreneurship, and rose out of an attorney’s goal to further contribute to the everlasting fight toward social justice. The consulting firm works to create positive shifts within sectors and organizations, with the overarching goal of making our world more equitable and inclusive.
Through its program development, execution, and management services, Grow By Three applies unique approaches to problems affecting the legal field, nonprofit sector, higher education, and more.
The firm serves corporate organizations in ways that seek to promote team engagement and strengthen professional skills of its internal communities. The firm also works directly with individual clients to guide them in accessing new professional opportunities.
