Grow By Three is a product of social entrepreneurship, and rose out of an attorney’s goal to further contribute to the everlasting fight towards social justice. Grow By Three was designed to create shifts in organizational culture, and assists individuals in successfully accessing new opportunities.
Grow By Three seeks to impact organizational culture in ways that can promote engagement, diversity, inclusion, and the reduction of bias in our society. The organization also works to help individual clients elevate themselves to spaces in which they can work towards serving their purpose, attaining their goals, and creating opportunities for themselves, their future generations, and those around them.
Grow By Three has developed an internship program for undergraduate students who would like to learn more about entrepreneurship, while building skills in the areas of consulting, marketing, business development, and business management. Our internship program is perfect for students who would like to better understand the link between education and social justice.
Interns will gain hands-on, practical experience in developing business strategies, drafting business proposals, producing consulting presentations, conducting and synthesizing critical research, analyzing budgets, managing client projects, reviewing and consolidating data, and much more.
Students applying to Grow By Three’s Business Internship must be able to:
- receive course credit from their university;
- commit to ten hours each week during the course of the internship;
- meet regularly in Boston, MA (although most projects will be completed remotely/virtually);
- demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and enthusiasm;
- communicate effectively when writing and speaking;
- navigate projects with initiative and independence; and
- adhere to rules relating to the confidentiality of information.
