Grow By Three’s Mentorship Program

Ambassador Agreement

I am volunteering to serve as an ambassador for Grow By Three’s Mentorship Program, run by Grow By Three LLC (“Grow By Three”). I understand and agree as follows:

• My performance as an ambassador for Grow By Three is strictly voluntary.

• Aside from a small gift or prize, I do not expect to be paid or receive compensation from Grow By Three.

• I am not an employee or independent contractor of, or for, Grow By Three as a result of me being an ambassador.

• I understand that the ambassador period will last from the date of virtually signing this agreement until May 18, 2020.

• I may discontinue performing volunteer services as an ambassador at any time, and I understand that Grow By Three may end my volunteer status at any time. To end my volunteer service before May 18, 2020, I will email team@growbythree.com.

• In order to become an ambassador, I will register for the mentorship program.

• I will review the frequently asked questions related to the mentorship program so that I feel prepared to answer questions and share information about the program.

• I understand that my goal in serving as an ambassador is to encourage potential members to register for the mentorship program.

• I will not complete mentorship applications on behalf of anyone aside from myself, and I will not encourage anyone to submit an application on behalf of anyone aside from his/her/their self.

• I will not encourage anyone to submit an incomplete application.

• When preparing any social media posts, drafting any emails, or preparing any messages related to the mentorship program, I will refrain from acting in a manner that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, negative, inappropriate, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, hurtful, vulgar, racially or ethnically-motivated, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise unfit for publication or posting.

• When preparing any social media posts, drafting any emails, or preparing any messages related to the mentorship program, I will use my own original content, and will avoid using images, music, or other intellectual property which belong to others.

• I grant Grow By Three the right to publish, display, adapt, reproduce, and otherwise use my ambassador posts on its social media or webpage(s).

• If I have any questions about the mentorship program, I will contact team@growbythree.com.

• If I am talking to a potential member who has questions about the mentorship program that I am unable to answer, I will direct them to contact team@growbythree.com.
